Annual Fall Picnic a Success
The annual Fall picnic was September
15, 2007 at
Claremore Lake.
Though moving targets are difficult to count, there were between 45 and
50 friends that passed through the shelter, even if not though the feed
line. People from the green country area
and just over the Kansas border attended. Hamburgers (beef and deer), hot dogs and
bacon wrapped chicken livers were cooked by the team of John Harwell (KD5NAQ)
and Larry England (KC5UOQ). I would like
to thank the gentleman who left a $20 donation to be applied toward the meat
provided by the club.
