o       Calvin – Field Day – RCWA has not sponsored one since before Calvin became a member over 10 years ago.  He would like to suggest preparations begin as soon as possible for next year’s event and is willing to have it setup on his property north of Claremore if everything works out.

§         Dan Combs – possible a special event could be held in advance of Field Day (as practice) and may be easier to handle

§         Duane Martin – The special event at the Will Rogers museum proved publicity and presence that wouldn’t be available if held on private property.  Calvin indicated he’s see public media would be informed as means of publicity.
