Self-Introductions
were made. There were 3 officers, 10
members and 4 guests present.

Treasurers report was read by Secretary/Treasurer: Frances
Emerson. No activity has occurred within
the Club’s banking account which stands at $617.89. Motion made to accept Treasurer’s report as
read by Larry England (KC5UOQ), seconded by Dave Pinson (KC5BGF). Motion passed by show of hands.

Old Business:
o Spring Picnic is planned for
o A sign-up sheet for condiments, pot luck, etc. was
passed around.
o Motion made by Larry Little, seconded by Larry
England for Calvin Emerson (KC5ARC) to purchase a box of hamburgers and a box
of hot-dogs for which he will be reimbursed on presentation of receipt. Motion passed by show of hands.

New Business:
o The RCWA.org web site is now under control of Frances
Emerson.
o It is slowly being brought up to date.
o Links identified as non-working are being removed
o New Links have been added: www.batteriesamerica.com and www.nicadladyonline.com and more will be
added as provided.
o Club roster from end of February has been set up as
well.

Announcement:
o Field Day for 2007 will be a combined event with
“Spirit” Industries (Boing) and will be last weekend
of June in Owasso

meeting at
