were made. There were 3 officers, 10
members present.

Treasurers report was read by Secretary/Treasurer: Frances
Emerson. No activity has occurred within
the Club’s banking account which stands at $617.89. Motion made to accept Treasurer’s report as
read by Dave Pinson (KC5BGF), seconded by Gerald Carlburg
(N5OKE). Motion passed by show of hands.

Old Business:
o Spring Picnic is planned for
o Grill purchase.
JT Branch will be approached (possibly) later. His spouse passed the Saturday following the
February Meeting before contact had been made
o Green Country Ham Fest – report from John
Harwell. RCWA thanked publicly. Better than average attendance and vendors
did well. The 2008 GCHF will be at same time and place. In 2009 may be later or difference
venue. Need better control over getting
volunteers for carts, especially for later hours. Some question on accountability of $ brought
by the fest. John will see we get a
financial report when published.
